Terms and Conditions
Section 1 - Shipping and Delivery

1.1 ESB Distributers offers delivery services to specified locations including the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Delivery times may vary depending on shipping destination and other factors. At checkout, we will provide an estimated delivery timeframe, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

1.2 All shipping costs are live rates calculated through a third-party shipping platform and orders are fulfilled directly by ESB Distributors. Shipping options are selected by the customer based on their preferred delivery speed, with expedited shipping available for an additional fee.

1.3. Delivery fees, along with any applicable taxes or duties, will be calculated and added to the total order amount. These charges will be transparently presented during the checkout process.

Section 2 - Returns
​
2.1 Final Sales and Contract Cancellation - All sales on ESB Distributers' website are final and are not eligible for returns unless certain conditions are met. Under the legal framework in which ESB Distributors operates, there is no right to cancel contracts or purchase agreements. Refund eligibility is governed solely by ESB Distributors' return and refund policies. By placing an order on ESB Distributors' website, the customer acknowledges that they are knowingly and willingly entering into a legally binding contract, subject to these terms and the applicable laws.

2.2 Return Eligibility - Products may be eligible for return if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Returns for other reasons, such as a change of mind or personal taste preference, will not be accepted. If incorrect product is received, product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as delivered.

2.3 Return Notification - Customers must notify ESB Distributors within three (3) business days of receiving the product to initiate a return request. Requests made after this time frame will not be eligible for return.

2.4 Documentation - To facilitate the return process, ESB Distributors may request additional documentation, such as photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or any other relevant information needed to assess the return request.

2.5 Return Approval and Process - Once ESB Distributors has been contacted and the return process has been initiated, ESB Distributors will process requests as received. If the return request is approved, ESB will notify the customer via email that the return has been approved. At that point, the customer will have thirty (30) days from the date of approval to return the item.

2.6 Return Shipping - The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect. ESB Distributors will provide return instructions if the return request is approved.

2.7 Discretionary Denial of Returns or Refunds - ESB Distributors reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny returns or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, buyer’s change of mind, subjective taste preferences, or improper storage or handling of the products following delivery.

2.8 Orders Returned by Carrier - Orders returned by the carrier to ESB Distributers due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient will be subject to a refund, less a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) of the order subtotal and any applicable shipping charges.
